UP CAPES' largest event is the annual Engineering Jobfair. With around 4,000 attendees and 104 participating companies setting up booths, it sets the standard for other career fairs in attendance and industry patronage. In every Jobfair, UP CAPES continues to increase the quality of service to become more efficient, dynamic and accommodating for students and company alike.

Jobfair 2019 will be held from February 12-15, 2019 at the Melchor Hall.

A series of seminars to provide a wider and clearer perspective on possible career options, such as those in the academic, industrial, governmental, entrepreneurial, and corporate fields. This series includes company talks to aid students in planning for their future careers. To further involve students in actively setting a career path, UP CAPES also holds a set of workshops that helps individuals develop their soft skills in areas like image building, resume writing, and handling job interviews.

The Company Mixer is the culmination event of the Career Development Series, wherein students get the opportunity to use what they have learned to interact with the company representatives. It is a "Corporate Speed Dating" event, where the companies and the students get to know each other more through a sit-down dinner.

CAPES Week allows the engineering student body to kick off the academic year with a glimpse of UP CAPES. This event showcases projects such as the Jobfair, Career Series, and other services offered by the organization. CAPES also unveils the corporate partner for the year during this week. Games are hosted throughout this event to serve as encouragement for students to actively take part and acquaint themselves with UP CAPES.
