Concepcion Industrial Corporation operates principally through six (6) subsidiaries — Concepcion-Carrier Airconditioning Company (CCAC), Concepcion Durables Inc. (CDI), Concepcion Midea Inc. Philippines (CMIP), Concepcion Otis Philippines Inc. (COPI), Concepcion Business Services Inc. (CBSI), and Cortex Technologies Corporation (CTC).

CIC did this by developing leading brands, forming strategic alliances and joint ventures with key partners and investing in facilities and capabilities that continue to build its leadership. It has since then successfully introduced its own brand Condura and introduced the Kelvinator brand, both for airconditioning and domestic refrigerators.

Through CIC’s comprehensive knowledge on the industry and end-user needs, the company has been able to build solutions for the evolving consumer demands.
