  • With at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any mining related fields, preferably a registered Mining Engineer.
  • With at least five (5) years extensive knowledge on mining tenements and permitting, in similar job with particular emphasis on technical and compliance report preparation or similar work experience particularly with the DENR office.
  • Willing to travel to the different regional offices of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and other government agencies, the concerned Local Government Units (LGUs) for the timely acquisition of needed permits, clearances, endorsements and other similar documents.
  • Able to interact with diplomacy and deal with the management as well concerned government agencies with emphasis on striking or establishing a good working relationship with them.
  • Has the ability to form good interpersonal relationship, government relations, and public speaking and negotiation skills.
  • MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
    The person shall be responsible for the planning and designing of tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. He shall oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment installed at the project site.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Fabricates, installs, repairs, and maintains mechanical equipment, machinery and components.
  • Operates a variety of mechanical testing equipment in locating and determining types of mechanical malfunctions.
  • Studies plans, drawings and specifications to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
  • Perform quality calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all equipment and peripherals.
  • Monitors, maintains and reviews equipment performance records such as Equipment history, Equipment Trouble records, Equipment PM Records, TCM’S, SPC Records, etc., and ensure the integrity and quality of such.
  • Recommends and implements equipment performance improvements through equipment or process modification and upgrades.
  • Plans, monitors and reviews maintenance activities to keep plant equipment available for use at all times and ensure that equipment performance and reliability is maintained at its optimum level at all time.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications

  • With at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering; Professional Certification License in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
  • With at least seven (7) years progressive industrial mechanic professional experience
  • Knowledgeable on applicable mechanical codes, standards and regulations
  • Skill in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of mechanical system equipment and components
  • Has good interpersonal skills and able to interact well with other team members
  • Has an awareness of health and safety legislation
  • Knowledgeable on computer applications / software
  • Has good oral and written communication skills in English
